Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)

When shipping items back, please wrap in paper &place in a shipping mailer. Shoes must be in original box & contain all packaging & placed in a shipping mailer, DO NOT put label directly on shoe box. We recommend using a shipment method that will provide a tracking number.
