Orders cannot be canceled or modified after checkout!
Eligible items may only be returned for exchange or in store credit within 14 days of purchase date.
We do not offer refunds!
Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from any odor, pet hair, stains, makeup or deodorant marks & must have all original tags attached. If receipt is not present, credit will be given at current item price. All sales are final on clearance, bralettes, bath products & gift cards. No refunds or credit on shipping fees. Buyer is responsible for paying shipping on items being returned & exchanged items being shipped. When shipping items back, please wrap in paper &place in a shipping mailer. Shoes must be in original box & contain all packaging & placed in a shipping mailer, DO NOT put label directly on shoe box. We recommend using a shipment method that will provide a tracking number.
