• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, bath products & gift cards sale/clearance items.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
• When shipping items back, please wrap in paper &place in a shipping mailer. Shoes must be in original box & contain all packaging & placed in a shipping mailer, DO NOT put label directly on shoe box. We recommend using a shipment method that will provide a tracking number.
