What is consignment?
Our inventory comes from consigners. Bring in your clothing, and you get paid after your items sell. All consignment items are in our Bronze Bargains section in-store and online.
How it works
We review every item for quality, current style, and condition. We accept new or gently used pieces.
When your items sell, your earnings are added to your account after the 3-day return window. Items have a 90-day selling window and may be discounted at any time. We pay cash (up to $50), check, ACH and in-store credit. Payouts are available once your balance is added to your account.
Consignment splits
The more you sell, the higher your share.
- $0 – $249.99 40% Consignor / 60% Store
- $250 – $999.99 50% Consignor / 50% Store
- $1,000+ 60% Consignor / 40% Store
Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned for exchange or in-store credit within 3 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have the Bronze Seal tag attached.
Shipped returns receive store credit only.
How should you bring in your items?
Bring items on hangers or neatly folded in a tote or laundry basket. We do not accept damaged items, heavy pilling, missing buttons/zippers, items with strong odors or items in trash bags.
Items must be freshly laundered, free of stains, wrinkles, pet hair, and odors. We ask that items be purchased within the last 2-3 years.
Drop-offs: We accept consignment drop-offs Monday–Wednesday from 10:00am–6:00pm. Maximum 25 items per visit. Please bring a valid phone number and email so we can notify you about unsold items and payout availability.
We may choose to pass on some items based on condition, inventory levels, style and season.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if my items don't sell within the 90-day consignment period? If your items don't sell within the consignment period, we will notify you by text message and/or email that you need to pick them up. If you do not pick them up within 14 days, unclaimed items may be donated at our discretion or become store property. Please ensure your contact information is current.
Who sets the prices for my items? Prices are set by Bronze Seal staff based on brand, condition, style, season, and prior sales experience. To help items sell, prices may be reduced during the consignment period.
When does the 90-day period start? The 90-day period starts when your items are processed and placed on the sales floor.
Shipping
We ship anywhere in the United States.
Item holds
We cannot hold items overnight. Items must remain on the floor for 90 days per our consigner agreements.
Online vs in-store inventory
The online shop is a sneak peek of what is in-store. Our fast turnaround makes it impractical to list everything online. All consignment items are listed in the Bronze Bargains section in-store and on the website.
